S H I P P I N G   A N D   R E T U R N

MUANGA always try to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours
When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with the tracking number.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
Delivery time to Europe is 2-5days; rest of the world is 7-9days. If you still have not received your purchase after 2weeks, please notify us to info@muanga.pt. The buyer assumes any duties and customs costs unexpected; MUANGA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

Refunds and Processing
When you return your order, please follow the instructions on the return form that was included in the parcel. Please don’t forget to include the return form with the following details provided to us:

Return
As a customer you always have 30 days to return or exchange your order from the date you placed your order online.

Holiday return policy: Items shipped between November 15,  and December 31, may be returned until January 31.

Complete and follow the instructions on the returns form provided and send your parcel by using the pre-printed return label attached. Once we have received your return in our warehouse we will notify you via email of the refund.

A fee of 19 EUR will be withdrawn from the refund – for return shipping and handling.
You should enclose the original packaging and the products may not have been used if we are to accept your return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
The returned product/products remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.
Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your return goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. Refunds will appear in your account within 5 working days from that we have processed your return in our warehouse depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Parcels that have been dispatched from our warehouse and that are not being collected from the courier or that the courier is unable to deliver will be added with a fee upon return. The fee is €30 or equivalent in another currency.

Return Policy
• Products must be returned within 30 days after the order has been received from us.
• Products must be in original condition and cannot be used.
• All returns must include the original box in its original condition.

Exchange
In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, MUANGA offers free exchanges. Simply return your order and place a new order on our site. MUANGA will issue a full refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse. Please indicate ”exchange” as the return reason on the return information label that was provided with your goods and place the label inside the box.
Please keep in mind that MUANGA will issue a full refund including the shipping and return costs for the first order as long as you state ”exchange” as the return reason and place the exchange order within 48 hours from that you shipped your return.

Complaint
We try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects. However, should you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product is carried out, in some cases we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier. Your views are highly valued, therefore we ask you to contact us to give us your opinion.
